Chanm Lwa An (2015)

I had the opportunity of documenting the Vodou religion through the lens of a few leading women in the Vodou community in Haiti. I documented the "Chanm Lwa," which is a room where they pray and call on the Lwa or “spirits.” There, they make small offerings, give thanks to spirits and ancestors, and perform ceremonies.
